HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Submission and Validation Process

1.1. Score Submission: The player must achieve their highest score in the game.

1.2. Proof of Score: The player must take a screenshot (print) clearly displaying the final score on the Game Over screen or the in-game leaderboard. (The player's previously obtained best score is also accepted.)

1.3. Sharing: The player must share this score image (print) on their Instagram Stories.

1.4. Mandatory Tag: The Instagram Story must include and keep visible the tag of our official profile: @FLUMPY.

1.5. The competitor must be following the instagram page.

1.6. Official Entry: Participation is only considered official once the player's post is re-shared by the official @FLUMPY profile. This re-share validates the score for the current month's competition.

2. Winner Selection and Prize Payout

2.1. Winner Criteria: The winner will be the player whose score is the highest among all validated (re-shared) entries during the current month.

2.2. Fair Play: Scores must be achieved legitimately, without the use of hacks, cheats, or game modifications. The TRIPLO XP organization reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud.

2.3. Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on the @FLUMPY Instagram profile on the first business day of the following month.

2.4. Prize Claim: Following the announcement, the winner must contact us via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram within 48 hours to arrange the prize transfer.

2.5. Tie-Breaker: In the event of a tie for the highest score, the cash prize will be divided equally among the tied players.

3. General Rules and Eligibility

3.1. App Installation: The player must have downloaded the application (Flumpy) directly from the Google Play Store.

3.2. Monthly Re-Entry: The same screenshot may be used in subsequent months. This means the previous month's winner, as well as other competitors, may repost the same score. However, it is expected that the winning score for each new month will be higher than the previous month's.

3.3. Rule Amendments: Competitors must stay updated with the regulations and rules, which may be altered at any time without prior notice.

3.4. Prize Forfeiture: Should the winner fail to contact us (via DM on Instagram) within 48 hours of the announcement, they will be disqualified. The prize will then be transferred, successively, to the player with the second-highest score for that month. The process will be repeated for the third, fourth-highest score, and so on, until a winner claims the prize within the stipulated timeframe.

4. Prize Condition: Monthly Download Minimum

4.1. Download Threshold: The competition requires a minimum of 200 downloads of the application (Flumpy) to be reached monthly for the cash prize to be awarded.

4.2. Cancellation: If the minimum download target is not met, the prize for that month will be automatically canceled and will not accumulate for subsequent months.

4.3. Valid Downloads: Only downloads effectively registered in the official app store (Google Play) during the corresponding competition month will be considered valid.

4.4. Fraud: Simulated, fraudulent, or repeated downloads from the same device/user are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate disqualification of the responsible competitor.

4.5. Auditing: The organization reserves the right to audit and validate download data at any time to ensure process transparency.

4.6. Compliance: Failure to comply with any of the conditions outlined in these regulations will result in the automatic forfeiture of the right to the prize.

4.7. Fake or inactive instagram accounts will not be accepted to compete
